The Farmers Protégé Program is a unique opportunity for driven professionals to learn the insurance business from the ground up, with hands-on mentorship from an experienced Farmers Agency Owner.
This program is designed to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to one day run your own successful Farmers Insurance agency.
What You’ll Do
Learn all aspects of insurance sales, service, and operations
Build relationships with clients and help them find coverage that fits their needs
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing
Work alongside an established agency owner and gain real-world experience
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Previous sales experience is a plus
Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license
(Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or Personal Lines)
