Job Description

LHH is seeking a Commissions Processing Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our top clients in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for reviewing completed commercial jobs and determining appropriate commission allocations for internal sales staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review records of completed commercial projects to verify eligibility for commission payouts.

Assess and calculate commission amounts based on company guidelines and job completion data.

Ensure accurate and timely distribution of commissions to sales personnel.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and answer commission-related inquiries.

Maintain organized documentation of commission calculations and payments.

Assist in process improvements to enhance commission tracking and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in commission processing preferred strongly preferred

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).

Ability to interpret and apply company policies regarding commission structures.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
