Chief Executive Officer

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Chief Executive Officer for a leading pharmaceutical company in based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.

Identify new opportunities, establish partnerships and expand the product portfolio.

Build strong relationships with clients, industry professionals and industry partners.

Lead, monitor and develop high performing teams across sales, marketing, tendering, workshop, etc to achieve business goals.

Monitor budgets, optimize costs and ensure financial targets are met.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and maintain high quality standards.

Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies for business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Science.

A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in senior management level within the laboratory and healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of medical/laboratory products, procurement regulations and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Result-driven, with a strategic mindset and a strong business acumen.
