We are actively seeking a Project Manager Transportation Highway in our Lehigh Valley, PA office. As a Project Manager Transportation Highway with HRG, you will be responsible for:

Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of transportation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Highway Design & Engineering: Oversee the design of roadways, interchanges, pavement systems, and associated infrastructure

Construction Oversight: Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for highway construction projects

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license

5+ years of technical competency and project experience including:

Highway construction plans

Highway occupancy permits

Highway drainage design

Pavement design

Right-of-way plans

Maintenance and protection of traffic

PENNDOT projects

Proficient with Microstation/Inroads/OpenRoads (preferred) and AutoCAD Civil 3D

Client-focused leader and team player with strong budgeting, communication, planning, and organizational skills

Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc.

Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays

Valid US Driver's License is required

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
