The Marketing Team at Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP) is dedicated to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance branding of KTSP and driving exuberant success across KTSP operations, covering events, activities, retail / F&B operations and venue programs.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development: Implement comprehensive marketing initiatives to promote the branding, events, retail zones of Kai Tak Sports Park, aligning with and achieving business objectives.

Event Management and Promotion: Working with internal teams to curate KTSP-led events including planning, promotions, event execution

Tenant Engagement: Collaborate closely with retail tenants to co-create exclusive offers, marketing collaterals, promotional campaigns and events

Marketing Communications: Implement omni-channel strategies and manage content for various touchpoints and channels, including on-site promotional signages, directories, social media platforms, PR materials, eDM, ensuring quality and efficiency of marketing collaterals

Partnership Development: Identify and explore collaboration opportunities with third parties to generate potential leads and enhance marketing strategies

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, design vendors, tenants, and business partners, ensuring alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

Reporting: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous marketing efficiency

Ad-hoc Tasks Supports: Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall marketing functions and KTSP operations

Requirements

University graduate, Major in Marketing or Communications or related discipline is preferred

Minimum of 6 years of solid marketing experience; experience in shopping mall or retail marketing or event marketing is preferred

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team player mentality

Demonstrate creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility

Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
