The Restaurant Manager is responsible for full restaurant management: team leadership, service quality, operational performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant operations
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Manage inventory, costs and daily reports
Achieve sales targets
Ensure health and safety compliance
Candidate Requirements
3-5 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good level of English & French mandatory
Experience in international franchises is an asset
Eligibility
