Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of coconut products.

Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and timely system updates.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and export teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment readiness.

Maintain proper storage conditions to preserve product quality and comply with food safety standards.

Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Assist the Warehouse Manager in process improvements, manpower planning, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or food export sector.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.

Familiarity with export packing, labeling, and documentation requirements.

Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy levels.
