The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned product categories. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and execution of sales initiatives, while ensuring excellent customer relationships and coordination with internal departments.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
Preferably with sales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, laundry machines and air-conditioning systems.
Goal-oriented with strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in line with company policies, principles, and the directives of the Assistant Vice President - Sales
Engages with customers and industry partners to evaluate and promote enhanced and expanded services within the assigned area
Develops operational plans for the effective use of materials, machines, and workforce
Reviews production costs, product quality, and adjusts production and inventory control strategies to maintain and enhance the branch's profitability
Monitors competitor operations and formulates sales programs aimed at expanding market reach
Oversees the preparation and accuracy of accounting records
Prepares and recommends the annual budget to management
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
