Freelance QA Tester (iGaming)

We are a growing IT company operating in the iGaming industry, developing and managing high-quality gaming platforms across multiple markets. Our focus is on delivering seamless user experiences, ensuring compliance, and constantly improving the performance and integrity of our products.

We are currently looking for a fully remote freelance QA Tester based in Paraguay to cooperate with us on various tasks focused on localization of the product on a new market.

As a QA Tester, your responsibilities may include (based on market and project needs):

Testing website accessibility and usability across devices and browsers

Verifying payment systems, including deposits and payment method coverage

Testing withdrawal processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and user clarity

Conducting gameplay testing for both desktop and mobile (performance, compatibility, bugs)

Tracking and reporting email, SMS and push deliverability issues

Reporting bugs, inconsistencies, and UX concerns in a structured format

Creating and updating test cases and documentation when required

Creating accounts at competitors’ websites and providing screenshots of other platforms features

Please note: This is a freelance position with no fixed number of tasks per month - assignments will vary depending on active projects and market coverage needs. However, we will agree on a minimum number of tasks monthly to maintain a steady collaboration.

Desired skills and experience:

No prior QA experience required - this could be your first step into the industry!

Basic familiarity with websites, online platforms, or casino games is a plus

Ability to follow instructions and provide clear, detailed feedback

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Comfortable communicating in English (written reports and messages)

Reliable internet connection and ability to test across different devices (desktop, mobile)
