Role: Office Administrator/All-Rounder

About the Client:
Our client is an Australia-based pest control and property maintenance service provider offering professional inspection, treatment, and prevention solutions for residential and commercial clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration, including phones, emails, and correspondence.
Manage bookings, schedules, and technician job allocations.
Prepare quotes and invoices, and assist with customer billing.
Maintain and update customer records and service databases.
Support compliance and reporting requirements (e.g., service logs, safety documentation).
Order and track stock, uniforms, and supplies.
Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide ad hoc support to management and the field team as needed.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Proven experience in an office administration or all-rounder role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help across different areas
Desirable:
Previous experience in the pest control industry or a related trade/service-based business
Familiarity with industry software (e.g., ServiceM8, SimPRO, or similar)
Understanding of WHS compliance and field service documentation
