Responsibilities
Lead and manage R&D projects for seafood and surimi products from concept to launch.
Develop and improve product formulations, processes, and analytical methods.
Drive product/process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with BPOM, GMP, FSSC, BRC, and customer audits.
Monitor market trends and translate insights into innovative product concepts.
Conduct trials, pilot runs, and shelf-life studies
Collaborate with Marketing, QA, Production, and Procurement to align R&D with business goals.
Mentor and lead the R&D team, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
Deliver technical presentations and updates to senior management.
Requirement
Bachelor degree in Food Technology from a reputable university.
Fluency in English and Bahasa.
Minimum 5 years experience as a R&D Manager from Seafood Manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in R&D of Surimi or Seafood Product.
Strong knowledge in food ingredients and it's function.
Understanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC).
Skilled in Fishery Food Product Formulation
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional presentation skills with strong attention to details and a strong sense of creativity.
Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
