Role: Product Analyst

Location: Onsite/USA-Charlotte

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level Java Full Stack developer to work on a critical project for one of our biggest Client in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

Good hands-on knowledge of Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, LESS, Bootstrap, Angular, AJAX

Should have worked on webservices - REST and SOAP

Knowledge of Core Java, Spring MVC, Java SpringBoot, Struts, API Microservices, Hibernate or equivalent ORM preferred

Working knowledge of Database - MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

Preferably, good exposure to UI using jQuery, JSON, and Java script

Experience of GitHub, Tomcat and Maven

Experience with AWS Services: S3, ECS, RDS Process Skills:

Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process

Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Should have worked in Agile lifecycle and have good understanding on how Scrum teams operate Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
