Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

While the position is remote, candidates must live within 50 miles of the company's operating footprint, for example, near locations such as Roanoke, Shreveport, Columbus, Tulsa, Corpus Christi, Abilene, or Ft. Wayne.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team - managing interview scheduling, onboarding, and post-offer activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring process.

Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

Arrange candidate travel and process reimbursements when necessary.

Manage onboarding documentation, I-9 completion, and new hire orientation.

Schedule and track background checks, drug tests, and physicals.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across all recruiting activities.

Assist with employment testing and manage on-site files as needed. Requirements

Associate's degree in a related field.

6+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
