Quality Assurance Assistant

The role involves compiling annual product quality reviews, driving the supplier approval program, assisting with audits, customer complaints, and batch release, as well as providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

•Investigate and co-ordinate customer complaints, including trending and corrective actions.•Maintain supplier and manufacturer documentation and drive the QA-28 approval process for raw and packaging materials. •Manage the approved supplier, material and manufacturer list (QA-26).•Compile annual product quality review plans and reports, following up on corrective and preventative actions.•Manage the Annual GMP Training Procedure, ensuring all records are accurate and training is performed on time.•Assist with batch release if required by reviewing production batch documentation prior to product release.•Provide support for general QA activities.
