New Interventional Radiology Job in Central Louisiana

We are working with an excellent facility in central Louisiana that needs Interventional Radiology coverage. Dates of Coverage:

April 11 - April 26 (Weekends: Apr 11-12, 18-19, 25-26)

May 2 - May 17 (Weekends: May 2-3, 9-10, 16-17)

May 30 - June 14 (Weekends: May 30-31, Jun 6-7, 13-14)

June 27 - July 12 (Weekends: Jun 27-28, Jul 4-5, 11-12)

July 25 - August 16 (Weekends: Jul 25-26, Aug 1-2, 8-9, 15-16)

August 29 - September 6 (Weekends: Aug 29-30, Sep 5-6)

September 19 - October 4 (Weekends: Sep 19-20, 26-27, Oct 3-4)

October 17 - October 18 (Weekend only)

October 24 - November 8 (Weekends: Oct 24-25, Oct 31-Nov 1, Nov 7-8)

November 24 - December 6 (Weekends: Nov 28-29, Dec 5-6)

December 22 - December 31 (Weekends: Dec 26-27)

Details/Requirements:

Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Weekend and weekday call coverage

Callback frequency: usually 3 hours on Saturday and sometimes on Sunday. Weekdays are once a week during the night - not heavy callback.

Must be Board Certified

100% IR coverage

8-10 procedures per day

Procedures needed: Biopsies, GI Bleeds, Tunnel Caths, Plurex drains, Port placements, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Y 90's (if possible), Sentinel node injections for Nuclear Med, Breast Biopsies (if possible), Declots

Candidates must have an active Louisiana license
