Job Summary:

As a Lead Systems Integration Specialist, you will design and implement integration solutions that connect complex enterprise systems—including Salesforce, Agentforce, Agency Management Systems, and CCaaS systems—to ensure seamless data flow, optimized processes, and enhanced operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions connecting Salesforce, Agentforce, and other internal/external systems.

Develop and manage APIs for seamless connectivity between digital applications, CRM systems, and external platforms.

Oversee ETL and data integration processes, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely exchange of data across Salesforce and associated tools.

Configure and customize software and integration platforms to meet business requirements, with a focus on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent integration and system issues impacting CRM and operational workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Document integration workflows and provide guidance/training to team members.

Continuously improve integration processes to enhance efficiency, reduce latency, and support the technical roadmap.

Ensure seamless connectivity across Salesforce, Agentforce, and enterprise systems, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Deliver scalable, integrated solutions that support both immediate and long-term business goals.

Empower teams to leverage integrated CRM and operational systems for better decision-making and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

5+ years of enterprise systems integration experience, including Salesforce and Agentforce.

Proficiency with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or similar.

Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON, and ETL processes.

Solid programming/scripting skills (Python, Java, Apex a plus).

Strong project management and communication skills to drive initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.

Knowledge of network security and compliance standards.

Experience with Palantir desired but not required

Experience with Salesforce Development and Apex strongly desired

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
