PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for New Grad - Manufacturing Team Supervisors with immediate availability, as well those available spring 2026.

This position requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon & evening shifts

The role: As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, you are responsible for leading your team to achieve key performance indicators during your shift. The primary role is focused on quality performance, cost, service, and safety targets while developing your Team Members on different production lines. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders on all different kinds of shifts in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Traffic, Warehouse, and Sanitation Supervisors as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership, coaching, and technical support

Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety

Develop individuals and the team to solve routine and complex operational issues

Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets

Lead daily performance meetings

Make daily decisions impacting the business

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

You have graduated with your bachelor’s degree in 2024, 2025 or will be graduating by May 2026

Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred

1-3 + years’ Supervisory experience preferred

Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You

Able to Instruct and Teach Others

Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Capabilities

Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures

Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
