What You’ll Do
Service and repair hot air, boiler, water heating, A/C, and heat pump systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct HVAC issues
Use and maintain modern industry tools
Provide professional, courteous customer service
Collect payments as needed and communicate honestly about services
Work as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and lending a hand so everyone succeeds
Help customers by solving comfort problems that directly impact their families and daily lives

What You’ll Bring
Preferred: 2+ years of HVAC service experience or completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship
Valid driver’s license
EPA refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)
CETP certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year — company provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professionalism under pressure and solid communication skills
Comfort using technology, including tablets and mobile apps, to complete jobs efficiently
Physical ability to:
Climb ladders/stairs and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces
Maneuver up to 200 lbs. with equipment or team lift
Work outdoors in varying conditions
