Project Quantity Surveyor

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor Location: Kent Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time You will: * Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre:construction through to project delivery * Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors * Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement * Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome * Be working on projects that can range in value from GBP5m : GBP15m across various sectors This major contractor is looking for: * Expert knowledge of working under the JCT D and B form of contract * Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management * The ability to create accurate commercial reports * Experience working for either a regional / national contractor as the Quantity / Project Surveyor Sam for more information Randstad Construction Property Engineering is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
