PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or similar.

English, able to communicate, business English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position as a supplier quality assurance.

Job experience in the automotive sector, experience managing suppliers.

Experience in developing 8Ds, control plan and FMEA.

Knowledge of plastic injection molding and assembly process.

Experience performing audits and managing standards VDA, IATF, AIAG, CQI.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Perform root cause analysis for customer issues with responsibility of suppliers.

Assure the proper management of the obligatory documents for safety characteristics on supplier process.

Develop performance evaluation for suppliers and define strategic action plan for improvements.

Responsible for getting the PPAP for suppliers for new projects and requalification on series production.

Define and coordinate the activities related to incoming inspection for effective management.

Perform process audit on VDA & IATF for suppliers.

Validate 8ds, control plan, FMEA and corrective actions from suppliers claims.

Assure proper recovery of non-quality cost incurred by suppliers.

Coordinate engineering change process with suppliers for proper implementation.
