About This Role:

As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader, you serve as both a skilled professional and a customer-focused representative of our team, providing our clients with exceptional service, a positive experience, and reliable landscape maintenance solutions. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams, balancing exceptional work and building long-term relationships no matter the weather. Your day-to-day work may bring minimal supervision, but we still expect safety guidelines to be followed & enforced throughout your crew. Responsibilities:

Landscape Maintenance -

Clean-ups

Mowing

Mulching

Pruning/trimming/edging

Weed whacking

Bed maintenance

General maintenance on equipment

Coordinate/process paperwork in relation to the job at hand

Oversee the work of at least one crew member

Snow removal in winter

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a related field (preferred)

Valid chauffeur license (Class A CDL preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Possess leadership skills

Strong work ethic

Excellent customer service

Maintain a high level of productivity by prioritizing & delegating tasks

Proactive compliance to safety regulations

Demonstrates integrity and accountability to work independently with minimal supervision

Initiative to perform other job duties as assigned

What We Offer:
