About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and managing raw materials and components used in premium culinary products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor negotiation, with a focus on achieving cost efficiency and maintaining high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and manage purchasing needs and priorities for culinary products

Source, research, and purchase high-quality raw materials and food components

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

Manage inventory records, ensuring efficient stock levels and timely replenishment

Coordinate transportation, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery

Monitor market trends and make informed buying decisions

Collaborate with inventory, production, and management teams for seamless operations

Ensure supplier performance, quality control, and compliance with standards

Address and resolve discrepancies in stock quality or delivery issues promptly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

4+ years of experience in procurement (experience in the protein industry—beef, chicken, pork, or specialty meats—is preferred)

Strong skills in negotiation and vendor management

Proven expertise in supply chain management and inventory control

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
