Assembly & Manufacturing
Quality Inspection
Trim Operations
Material Handling
Planning & LogisticsGeneral Responsibilities
Depending on the role and department, responsibilities may include:
Assembling aircraft interior components per engineering specifications
Performing inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
Operating hand tools, trim equipment, and measuring devices
Documenting materials and processes for traceability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Safely handling regulated materials and adhering to safety protocolsQualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
No prior experience required – entry-level training provided
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
