Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to manage support operations for our US-based client. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior experience in international voice or blended support, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service during the US night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US clients.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain service quality, performance metrics, and client satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams as required.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in international customer support (US process preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work US night shifts (typically 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM IST or similar).
Knowledge of CRM/ticketing tools is an advantage.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
