Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in the logistics and road freight sector.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Negotiate pricing and contracts aligned with company strategy.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit reports on time.
Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
Provide market intelligence and insights to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Continuously enhance sales and relationship management skills.
Requirements
5 years or more of B2B sales experience in logistics/road freight (essential)
Grade 12 (essential)
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship building
Must have experience in Health or Pharma
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
