As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a skilled and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic Residential Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
Conduct property viewings professionally and efficiently, showcasing high-quality homes across the region
Manage lettings enquiries and coordinate a busy viewing calendar with flexibility and attention to detail
Qualify potential tenants and progress applications in line with company policy
Re-engage previous applicants to generate renewed interest and feedback
Market properties effectively across platforms including Rightmove and Zoopla
Carry out property inspections and final checks before key release
Provide feedback on market activity, pricing, and interest levels
Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding the company’s strong professional reputation
Offer administrative support and occasionally deliver documents or items to tenants or landlords
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator
Proven ability to manage negotiations, close deals, and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
Excellent local area knowledge
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Confident IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and smartphone proficiency
Well-presented, articulate, and motivated by results
Full, clean UK driving licence
