Dress will need to be clean and presentable
Candidate will be provided with a uniform shirt

This location is in Downtown Columbus and the candidate will be expected to pay for their own parking.

After initial training, candidate will be expected to work independently.

Brief morning meeting to discuss open work orders/PMs
Completing work orders
Basic commercial plumbing
Basic commercial lighting
General maintenance
Licenses/Certifications:
No certifications required, but applicable certifications are highly preferred

At least 1 year
Education
h.s. diploma
Software skills:
CMMS experience highly preferred
Basic computer skills
