Salary: Up to £44,500.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle Is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Provide advanced clinical expertise across physiotherapy specialties.
Lead on complex case management and act as a point of clinical escalation.
Lead clinical audit, outcome measurement and service evaluation activities.
Ensure compliance with HCPC, CSP, CQC and Circle Health Group standards.
Provide professional leadership and mentorship to therapy staff.
Support the Clinical Services Manager in service planning and delivery.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and referrers.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent.
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
Extensive post-graduate experience in MSK and/or inpatient physiotherapy.
Demonstrable leadership or supervisory experience.
Evidence of involvement in service improvement or clinical governance.
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
