What you’ll be doing:
Monitor the integrity of Packaging/STC stock and Kanban levels, raising recommendations for new purchase orders when required
Work closely with suppliers to arrange repairs and order consumables or replacements for Packaging/STC items
Support customer packaging needs, including tracking and coordinating all externally sourced packaging deliveries
Maintain accurate records of packaging designs and quotations, and raise requisitions through the procurement system for packaging orders
Provide support to the wider Logistics Support team, contributing to efficient operational delivery
Ensure TyTAN equipment (including aircraft spares and AGE) is delivered internally to the correct customer areas on time, with all Operator quality checks completed
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Knowledge of supply chain and warehousing operations
Ability to communicate, liaise, and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in reviewing consumption and delivery data to support operational strategies
Experience in supervising or coordinating a dynamic team
Desirable:
Awareness of Export Control requirements and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Working knowledge of MOD inventory management systems, and an understanding of inventory and supply chain management principles and techniques

The Logistics Support team
Join our Logistics Support Team, a specialist function ensuring the efficient movement, coordination and availability of packaging and STC assets across TyTAN operations. The team works closely with suppliers on design, repair and procurement activities, while maintaining accurate stock integrity and ensuring internal transport requests and external deliveries meet strict operational timelines. With collaboration across the supply chain and opportunities for progression through structured development and system training, this team plays a vital role in supporting frontline capability and customer delivery performance.
