LHH is helping a Dallas law firm that is seeking an Interim Partner Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the firm's growth and success through strategic client engagement and legal expertise.

Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $100 - $200 DOE

Benefits package with Medical, Dental, Life, Short and Long Term Disability available after working certain amount of hours

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and cases.

Provide expert legal advice and representation.

Develop and implement effective legal strategies.

Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff.

Participate in business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active bar membership in Texas.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a law firm setting.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record in client management and business development.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a specific area of law (e.g., corporate, litigation, family law).

Leadership experience within a law firm.

Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Proficiency in Legal Software and MS Office
