We are looking for a full-time HR Manager who can help us grow our team and invest in our greatest asset - our people. The ideal candidate has experience hiring for technical positions in the chemical industry, is an HR generalist, and is comfortable operating in a factory environment.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Full funnel recruiting and hiring process - from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating smooth new hire onboarding as well as exit interview processes
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee training programs
Implementing KRA/KPI measures for goal setting and performance management
Maintaining an HR database of current employees, new candidates, and exit interviews, as well as communicating and updating the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart
Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector
Significant recruiting experience, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Nice to have
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
