Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in AI/ML or workflow automation architecture

Proficiency in Python and REST API development

Expertise in Rewst, n8n, or Power Automate

Strong grasp of RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering

Experience integrating MSP systems (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)

Data handling using SQL, JSON, or vector databases

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks

Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face ecosystems

Understanding of MLOps pipelines, deployment, and CI/CD integration

Prior experience in DevOps, GitHub Actions, or automation consulting

Strong presentation or technical pre-sales skills
