The team of senior experts provides buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising advisory to leading corporates, investors, and innovators in the energy transition space.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of M&A mandates across Cleantech and Renewables
Prepare financial models, valuations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
Conduct due diligence, market research, and competitive benchmarking
Coordinate with clients, investors, and stakeholders during transaction processes
Contribute to origination through sector mapping and pipeline development
Candidate Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory
Strong technical background in financial modelling and valuation
Demonstrated interest in Cleantech, Renewables, and Energy Transition
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
Self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
