Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Electromechanical / Automation Field Engineer to join our pioneering Aerospace Systems team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and loves being on the move. You'll be the key technical interface between our cutting-edge aerospace solutions and our customers across Europe and beyond.
As a Field Engineer, you'll work directly on advanced aerospace equipment, ensuring flawless installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You'll have the chance to travel, work with top-tier clients, and represent a brand shaping the future of flight technology.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain electromechanical and automated systems used in aerospace applications.
Perform on-site troubleshooting and technical support to ensure peak system performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback from the field, driving product improvements.
Train customers and partners on system operation and maintenance.
Travel extensively to customer sites (domestic and international), representing the company with professionalism and technical excellence.
Maintain documentation and reports for all service and support activities.
Qualifications
Degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and control systems.
Experience in field service, installation, or technical support roles is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in the field.
Valid driver's license.

Competitive salary: €3,000 – €7,500 per month (depending on experience and seniority).
