Help keep things running smoothly at one of the city's most important parking facilities! As Assistant Garage Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring top-notch service, smooth operations, and a great experience for every customer who parks with us.
What You'll Do:
• Keep operations running smoothly - Oversee daily garage activities, from traffic flow to facility upkeep.
• Deliver great customer service - Respond to public inquiries and resolve parking concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support innovation & improvements - Help identify and implement ways to make operations more efficient and customer-friendly.
• Coordinate maintenance - Work with Facilities teams to plan and oversee maintenance or minor construction projects.
• Lead and support your team - Schedule and guide staff, provide on-the-job training, and ensure excellent teamwork across shifts.
• Support the Garage Manager - Step in as a key point of contact when needed and assist with personnel and reporting tasks.

Qualifications
Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking English; 5+years management experience; 12 months training or 12 months experience in public relations; valid driver's license. Or equivalent qualifications for employment noted above.
