HR Manager (m/f/d)
The HR Manager (m/f/d) will assume overall responsibility for PSS Germany GmbH from an HR perspective. The role essentially encompasses recruitment, training and development, employee retention, remuneration and social benefits, compliance with relevant labour law regulations and social relations, data protection and certifications/audits in the HR area.
Areas of responsibility
As a member of the management team, you will contribute to the achievement of the general business objectives set out in the Business Balances Score Card
Responsible for the organization’s strategic personnel plan in accordance with the location strategy
Competent contact person for all HR-related topics (contract drafting and amendments, employment references, on- and offboarding, analysis and reporting of HR-related key figures, as well as general administrative tasks)
Member of the committee for prevention and protection in the workplace, contact person for the external data protection officer and for certification processes (audits) in the area of HR
Co-define and implementation of training plans, ensuring the necessary skills and development opportunities for our employees
Contact person for recruitment
Preparation of wage and salary analyses, implementation of annual performance appraisals and remuneration
Coordinating communication projects and initiatives (e.g. at information and company events, health & safety weeks, company magazines and emails)
Active role in improving HR processes, ensuring local policies are based on legal requirements and in line with the global policies
Management of HR and OM providers (collaboration with payroll provider, maintenance of working relationships with legal advisors, HR system providers, cleaning companies, security service providers and company doctor)
What we are looking for:
Fluent English and German
Bachelor’s degree and specialization in human resources are an advantage
Over 10 years of professional experience, including over 5 years in a management position in human resources in a manufacturing environment
In-dept knowledge of labour law and social relations
Strong leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and planning
Good knowledge and application of MS Office Software
