The Role

Are you ready to progress in your marketing career with a leading company? Baxter Healthcare is in search of a deeply committed and skilled Product Manager for our Ready-To-Use Premix Medication portfolio. In this role you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from development through market launch and post-launch activities. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape and lead the future of our ready-to-use portfolio with a newly created role within the Pharmaceuticals Business Unit.

Reporting to the Pharmaceuticals Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in localising the global product pipeline, securing access and launch timelines, and driving best-in-class launch excellence. From crafting and executing powerful campaign strategies to leading pricing and tender outcomes, you’ll influence how we build awareness, drive adoption, and accelerate growth across key hospital care settings.

Joining a brand-new team, you’ll have the rare chance to build and shape our Ready-To-Use Premix Medication portfolio from the ground up. If you’re passionate about medication safety and improving patient care, this role gives you the platform to make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the localisation of the global ready-to-use product pipeline, liaising with global project teams to secure product access and timelines

Develop and execute launch excellence frameworks — including demand planning, sales tools, launch kits and value messaging

Build trusted clinician and stakeholder partnerships that champion innovation, influence change and embed best practice

Own campaign strategy and execution, driving awareness, retention, and adoption across key hospital care settings

Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and market feedback to optimise activity.

Own tender and pricing strategy for RTU portfolio, aligned to market and competitive dynamics

Lead key conference content, ensuring alignment with overall campaign and launch messaging

Foster strong internal collaboration across Medical, Regulatory, Pricing and Operations to enable effective planning, alignment and execution

Serve as the commercial voice back to the business — ensuring sales insights and customer signals inform product prioritisation.

Key Requirements

Tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields

Minimum 2-4 years of Marketing/Product Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable

Proficient analytical abilities enabling the interpretation of intricate data for informed decision-making

Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of persuading and involving collaborators across all levels

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth

Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering flawless customer satisfaction

Proven ability to function as part of a high-performing commercial team

Proficiency in working independently while also contributing to a team-oriented setting

Ambitious and proactive approach with a keen interest in innovation and excellence

Ability to work autonomously with a strong drive and determination to succeed.
