Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of corporate legal matters, with a focus on group governance, cross-border operations, and legal advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of governance structures and legal processes across international entities.

Provide legal guidance on a broad spectrum of corporate and operational matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements and governance materials.

Collaborate with global teams to align legal practices and manage cross-border legal risks.

Contribute to legal training and knowledge sharing within the organisation.

Assist with the preparation of key meeting materials and support related documentation needs.

Participate in legal projects and initiatives as required.

Your Profile:

Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in corporate legal roles, ideally in a multinational environment.

Strong understanding of corporate law and governance. Exposure to employment, tax, or regulatory matters is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.

Confident working across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
