Summary:

The Pricing Specialist is responsible for interpreting customer contracts and rule sets to ensure accurate rating and billing, while proactively resolving discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams. This role also supports data accuracy and compliance efforts, and provides outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

What you'll do:

Interpret customer rule sets and contracts to ensure accurate application of rate priorities

Analyze customer contracts, bills of lading, and billing descriptions to determine appropriate accessorial charges and other relevant rating details

Partner with internal operations teams to proactively resolve rating issues

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer rating data, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Utilize business intelligence tools to uncover opportunities for accessorial margin improvement and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive measurable results

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers What you'll have:

1 year of logistics, transportation, or similar work experience

Experience working with licensed or proprietary software

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

1 year of experience using Excel formulas, such as sum, v-lookup, sumifs, index and match What we'll offer:
