Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and mediation. You will play a crucial role in representing clients in family law disputes, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best outcomes for families.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for family law cases

Represent clients in litigation, mediations, and negotiations

Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding family law matters

Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures

Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements

Prepare for trials and court appearances by organizing evidence and witness lists

Provide client counseling and support throughout the legal process

Advocate for clients' best interests in custody and divorce proceedingsQualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law

Strong skills in legal research and writing

Experience in litigation and trial preparation

Excellent negotiation and mediation skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Strong client advocacy and counseling skills
