Cary Medical Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Per Diem Nutritional Services Technician to join our dedicated Nutritional Services team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of essential food service tasks that help ensure our patients, staff, and visitors receive quality meals in a clean, welcoming environment.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
Operates the dish machine following proper procedure. Checks and records temperature.
Sets up tray line for service.
Delivers and collects food carts and/ or trays to designated areas.
Daily stock delivered to designated nursing units.
Properly handles clean dishes according to safe food handling.
Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Ability to work unsupervised and relate professionally with other hospital staff.
Schedule:
With consideration to our patients' and staff needs, you may need to work on days, evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays and may need to float to other units.
