Job description:

TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seat & interior trim, with operations in 14 countries. Our production is expanding & requires team players to join our TS Tech family at our Canal Winchester location (TS Trim Industries). TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V.

There is an immediate opening for the position of Automation Engineer. Pay range $60K-$80K depending on skill & experience.

Position Summary:

This position requires the ability to quickly diagnose equipment processes and problems. Possess the ability to manage and control multiple projects. Use your experience to improve and develop better process and be able to setup new equipment for mass production.

Qualifications:

• 2-5yrs. experience in a technical discipline related to Manufacturing and/or BS in Electrical / Mechanical engineering discipline

• Familiar with Industrial Controls Experience (Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC's, etc.)

• Project Management Skills

• Familiar with reading various types of drawings. (Equipment Controls, Part drawings)

• Proficient in MS Office

• Able to multi-task

Primary Position responsibilities:

• Improve manufacturing process

• Reduce machine downtime

• Improve part quality through material or process improvement

• Introduce new technology and innovation for new model

• Take project from planning stage to full implementation

• Work with cross functional team to solve problems (Kaizen team)

• Identify and document process control point (equipment/process setting)

• Focus - Automation equipment

• Identify and document process control point (equipment/process setting)

Secondary Position responsibilities:

• Support Maintenance as needed on daily manufacturing operations

• Essential skills and experience:

• • Knowledge of Pneumatic
