As an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless repair process for both customers and insurance partners. You'll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, negotiate with insurance companies, and provide professional, transparent communication to customers throughout the repair journey. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that every repair meets CollisionRight's quality and efficiency standards.

What You'll Do

Examine and assess all damaged vehicle parts requiring repair, replacement, or repainting

Estimate labor, materials, and parts needed to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition

Prepare detailed repair cost estimates and complete necessary insurance documentation

Communicate with customers about vehicle damage, timelines, and repair costs in a clear and professional manner

Collaborate with technicians and production teams to ensure timely and efficient repair completion

Draft work orders, enter repair information into CollisionRight's system, and maintain detailed repair records

Negotiate effectively with insurance partners to ensure fair and accurate payment for repair workWhat You'll Bring

1-3 years of experience in the collision repair or automotive industry

Solid knowledge of repair processes, materials, and techniques

Strong understanding of vehicle structure and component replacement

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. (occasionally up to 70 lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, or crouching as needed

Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordJoin Our Team
