Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. The ideal candidate will manage a $750k revenue book of business, focusing on accounts with $25k+ revenue. This role involves working with a variety of carriers and industries, providing exceptional service to the clients. The position offers a hybrid work environment after the initial 90-day period, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.
Compensation Package
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
401(k): 3% company contribution.
Responsibilities
Manage a $750k revenue book of business, focusing on accounts with $25k+ revenue.
Work with a variety of carriers, including Grange, Western Reserve, Travelers, Safeco, Hartford, and Foremost.
Handle accounts across diverse industries.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial lines account management, preferably within independent agencies.
Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS360 is required.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is a must.
