Job Description
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
Leading daily job site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Managing project timelines, inspections, and documentation.
Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to avoid delays.
Mentoring and guiding junior field staff to support their development.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Background of success in one or more of the following sectors: higher education, K-12, light industrial, or multifamily construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
A passion for building and a desire to grow within a stable, supportive company.
