Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of ICI renovation projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.

Lead project planning, procurement, and resource allocation to meet client and contractual requirements.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, fostering strong working relationships.

Conduct regular project meetings, track milestones, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators, providing guidance and technical support

throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:

Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing Institutional, Commercial, or Industrial renovation projects, preferably within occupied or complex environments.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, cost control, and scheduling software.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to ICI renovation projects.

Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
