General Manager

An established Ohio-based furniture company is seeking a General Manager to join the team.

Who You Are

A hands-on retail professional with at least 3 years of leadership experience

You know how to build trust, drive results, and lead by example

Skilled at turning goals into clear actions that move the business forward

Confident making decisions based on insight and data

A natural coach who helps people grow and stay motivated

Experienced with and energized by a fast-moving retail environment

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a team focused on delivering great customer experiences

Take ownership of sales, profitability, and day-to-day operations

Partner with internal teams to improve systems, marketing, and in-store processes

Coach team members through feedback, training, and consistent recognition

Run daily huddles to set focus, celebrate wins, and keep energy high

Maintain a culture of accountability, creativity, and fun

Salary Range: $80,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience

Bonus Potential: Up to 50%, based on performance
