Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation, and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Monitor and report on project progress and performance, and prepare reports for upper management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

Experience in Design Build, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Food Processing sectors is desirable.
