• This is essentially a contact center architect

• MUST be very strong in AWS, should be expert level

• Must have strong knowledge/experience with Amazon connect – Will be focused on voice and networking

• Will be standing up the architecture for amazon connect in certain regions

• Should be strong in python scripting – They use python for scripting in this group

• Must have infrastructure as a code experience

• MUST have a voice/contact center background

• If any candidate has experience integrating Amazon connect with ServiceNow they will likely be an automatic hire
