Senior Project Manager - Commercial Retail Projects

We are a General Contractor with an exemplary reputation, licensed in several states and we're expanding and have a number of roles open!

We're looking for construction professionals with a high degree of dedication to their craft who are looking for a long-term growth path.

Project areas include: Tenant Improvement, Retail, Restaurant, Manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and industry technology: Procore, etc.

Proficient in project management software and tools, with experience in Procore preferred.

Significant experience with Restaurant, Retail, Tenant Improvement projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

Base salary: $125,000 - $180,000
